5 Tips to Tip Your Goals


As we enter Week 4 of the Spring Slim Challenge, it is important to stay motivated and focus on your goals so that you don’t get off track or give up! Summer is approaching, let’s stay consistent!

5 Tips to Help You Stay Tracking and Powering:

1. Goal checked in

If you set goals for yourself at the start of the SSD, restart them and make sure you focus on achieving them! You can always update these to best suit your needs, but adhere to them.

Whether it’s losing a certain weight or improving endurance, make sure your goals are achieved and achievable for the rest of the challenge.

2. Stay consistent

Consistency is key when viewing results. Even on days you don’t like, make sure to stick to your workout schedule and meal plan. Remember that every small effort will make progress in the long run.

Summer is just around the corner, and even if you don’t want to lie on the beach in the tropical area, thank yourself for moving your body 😉

3. Accountability Team Check-in

Having a support system during a fitness challenge can lead to a different world. Whether it’s a workout partner, a friend who shares your goals, or your SSD accountability team, make sure to check with them as we’re halfway through Spring Slim!

4. Mixed exercise

Make things interesting by trying different types of exercises Mobile Apps Throughout the challenge. This not only prevents boredom, but also helps target different muscle groups and prevents plateaus. From cardio to strength training to yoga, mix it to keep your body challenged.

5. Celebrating a small victory

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress. Whether it’s playing new personal best in your workout stripes, sticking to your meal plan for a week, or just feeling more energetic, take the time to acknowledge and celebrate your little win. This will help you stay motivated and focus on your end goal.

Remember that the challenge of slim spring is a journey, not a sprint. Stay focused, stay positive and most importantly, don’t give up. You have this!
