Bayer Executive Director Leverkusen believes that the sentence should be sentenced to the third level of Arminia Bielefeld because she did not water her terrain before throwing out the champions of the Bundesliga in the DFB Pocal semi-final.
The owners of the Leverkusen Cup took over the lead on Tuesday in the last four clashes took over the lead when Jonathan Tah entered the far post.
However, Arminia, now in the 3rd league after consecutive relegations, has created an extraordinary turn thanks to the goals of Marius Worl and Maximilian Grosser to finish Leverkusen’s Cup defense.
Leverkusen became the fourth Bundesliga side Armini eliminated in the Cup of this season, after winning over Freiburg, Union Berlin and Werder Bremen. Arminia started the competitor with a victory in the first round over Hanover, sixth in the 2nd Bundesliga. In the finals he will face Stuttgart or RB Leipzig.
But instead of focusing on the congratulations of Armini on their extraordinary achievement, the executive director of Leverkusen Fernando Carro dealt with the toy surface.
“I was annoyed before the game that the terrain did not water,” Carro said. “I have to talk to (Andreas) Rettig (DFB General Director for Sport) about it.”
On Leverkusen’s performance, he added: “It was a collective failure.
“He expected that we would give our best effect today, but we didn’t deliver. Still, it annoys me that the terrain did not water. It’s a regulatory question.
Carro, however, admitted that the result was fair.
“They deserved a victory,” Carro said of Armini.

Armini’s sports director Michael Mutzel quickly rejected Carr’s complaints.
“We talked to the referee before the game,” Mutzel said. “If the slope is watered in the morning, then it should not be watered again (before the match). Watering per day is enough.
“We don’t do it (water players before starting) for our league matches. So why should we do it today? We would be in a disadvantage to water the terrain.”
Michel Kniat’s head coach was similarly rejected by Carr’s claims and pointed out that Leverkusen had an additional day to prepare to challenge his latest league game last Friday. Arminia, the fourth in the 3rd League, played on Saturday.
“These are our rules here,” Kniat told reporters. “We would also love another day off.”
Leverkusen’s main coach Xabi Alonso was more honest in his magnificence than Carro.
“Of course everyone is disappointed, but I also have to congratulate Arminia Bielefeld,” Alonso said. “They played better and were better and everything else.
“We didn’t have a good game today and so we are disappointed. We didn’t have control and made individual mistakes. Nothing failed today.”
Six points behind Bayern from Munich in the Bundesliga and who already eliminated him in the Champions League, the same is likely to be an incredible double double double double double double double campaign from which DFL-Supercup will be their only reward.
But Alonso said about the team and their sublime fight in the Bundesliga title race: “This team has already given us so much, given what we have achieved last year in the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and (this year) in the Champions League.
“But even in moments like this we now stay together, which is also important.
“Of course, I’m not satisfied, but you have to accept it. We have to (give everything in the Bundesliga), this is our competition now and our goal. It will not be easy, but we will try.”
Leverkusen will try to humiliate on Tuesday on Saturday when they visit him Heidenheim with the threat to Heidenheim on Saturday. Since Bayern turned to Augsburg on Friday, Leverkusen could be nine points when they started.
