Barcelona President Laporta Slams La Liga and suggests that they ‘try to destabilize’ the club

Barcelona President Joan Laport suggested that La Liga was trying to “destabilize” the club after the Catalans were accused of not in accordance with the rules on the financial fair play.

The governing body announced this morning that it was said that Barca’s salary limit was reduced after the flow of revenue – 100 million euros sales VIP seats on the renovated Nou camp – reduced from their latest accounts.

La Liga said the transaction was previously included, allowing the club to register Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor in the second half of the season.

Angry lab eats

Laporta says Barcelona will prepare an official response when the club’s lawyers thoroughly examined the case, but he was visibly angry with the question of this before the Copa Del Rey semifinals, the second leg against Atletico Madrid.

The 62-year-old said El Mundo Deportivo: “Sometimes I feel like it’s not accidental. Today we play the finals in Madrid against Atlético, which I hope there will be a great show. To get out and activate the controversy of this kind is no accident. This is another attempt to destabilize our team.

“Sometimes I have the feeling that what I cannot win in the field they try to win in the offices, and as the president of Barçe I cannot allow it. I will continue to defend the interests of our club, in defense of our members and fans.

“The club will answer after the legal services are thoroughly analyzing the La Liga letter. We will respond in the most powerful way to defend the interests of FC Barcelona.”

The final duet decision is expected next week

The higher sports council (CSD) approved a temporary license for Olmo and Victor to continue playing, but they will announce their final decision on April 7.

Laporta is convinced that the couple will be able to participate in the remaining games of Barci, saying: “Three months ago I said that the registrations of Olmo and Pau víctor were made correctly and that we met each of the requests required by Rfef (Spanish FA) and La Liga.

Barca are three points clear at the top of the Spanish top flight with nine games.

Tonight they face Atletico in Metropolitan after a pulled draw of 4-4 in the first leg in Catalonia on February 25th.

Olmo was injured and won’t be, but Pau Víctor is involved in the team.
