Harry Redknapp marked the New England chief Thomas Tuchel with a “German spy” and seemed to have performed a Nazi greeting when he spoke at a charity event.
Tuchel, who was born in the Bavarian city of Krumbachh, was appointed three main coach Lions in October last year and overseen his first two games during this international break, leading England to victory over Albania and Latvia.
Speaking last week before those games, Redknapp asked his thoughts about Tuchel’s appointment and said an event in London: “I’ll be honest with you, I think it’s a German spy. I tell you.”
Redknapp then compared him to William Joyce, better known as Lord Haw-Haw, who found fame to broadcast Nazi propaganda with the United Kingdom during World War II.
He added Video clip that got Guardian: “Seriously, he sent us up to us. He has. I tell you, he is like Lord Haw-Haw at war-” We are trapped by your best soldiers “and all that.”
At that moment he raised his left hand and seemed to have made a Nazi greeting.

Redknapp wanted an Englishman, not the German Tuchel
Redknapp has long advocated an Englishman who is in charge of the national team and was not impressed when Tuchel was appointed.
Sky Sports said in October: “It’s not like he was a huge success. He came and went to several clubs.
“I’m a very patriot, I think we should have an English manager, but obviously the field was very little to choose.
“The English now do not have many chances of managing the Premier League. These are all foreign owners and must always be a foreign manager. We only have two or three managers in the Premier League who are English.”
Before Eddie Howe won the EFL Cup with Newcastle earlier this month, Redknapp, 78, was the last Englishman to ask for a trophy in this country after led by Portsmouth to Fa Cup in 2008.
