Nordy Kumar Reddy had a breakthrough season last year when he played 13 games for Sunrizes Hyderabad. Allrounder scored 303 runs on average 33.67 and a strike rate of 142.92.
In a line of hitting full explosive doughs, Reddy gave the much needed calm in the middle order and showed tremendous maturity at such a young age. He didn’t get a lot of chance with the ball, but he managed to pick up three shots.
His impressive display earned his international debut. So far, he has played five tests and four T20s has been very impressive. Last year, Reddy played all the matches during an Indian test tour in Australia and was one of the great lights for the away team.
Sunrizers Hyderabad finished runners last season because they lost the finals to Kolkat Knight Riders. It was a heart loss for a team that played so well by then.
However, Kkr proved too good at that day and SRH had no answer to them. SRH will aim to go a step further this year and lay your hands on the title.
