When is it, who participates and how does it work?


The newly restructured FIFA Club World Cup should be held in the United States this summer from June 15 to July 13.

There have been a lot of changes in the tournament, which was previously held annually with only seven teams, but will now have 32 teams and take place every four years.

The tournament will have clubs from all six football confections: Asia (AFC), Africa (CAF), North and Central America (Concacaf), South America (Conmebol), Oceania (ofc) and Europe (UEFA).
