LA Super Coach Lacee Green There is another new mini program that can help you achieve your PAS goals every day. Walking Week provides you with a structured and fun way to incorporate walking into your routine anytime, anywhere!
A simple fact: Most adults are struggling to reach 7,000 to 10,000 steps per day (about 5 to 8 km) to control and prevent disease. However, moderate walking can help lower blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health, take care of joints and promote healthy weight. It also makes you feel better and stimulates your energy levels.
Therefore, Lacee brings infectious energy and its optimism, which can help you change your health with 5 easy walking courses and is suitable for beginners and state-of-the-art people. Each session can prioritize movement through 15 to 30 minutes of sessions and does not require carpet.
You know how busy life can be. For a quick walk, not to mention real physical education classes aren’t always that easy. But Walk Week is a simple and flexible program where you can do some lessons when you need it, you want to make it easier for you to not recommend goals and enjoy the benefits of regular walking.
Whether you are already a follower of walking and fitness, or you are just starting out, Lacee is there to accompany you and inspire you from beginning to end!
Lacee designed the walking week to easily adapt to your daily life. No racing mats required, subscription to the gym and even good weather. All you need is a pair of light dumbbells (about 0.5 to 1.5 kg) and a small space to train from the comfort of your home.

Lacee is a beginner’s designer only for beginners to ride bikes and is only suitable for active aging. The week-walking walk will be available on March 10 at 2pm on PST in Bodi (East 5pm)! No additional purchases are required, you just need to use a subscription to perform a BODI activity to access it from the program page.
