Rio Takeda shot in a glittering final round to win the LPGA -O’s Blue Bay tournament for six shots in front of Minjae Lee, another LPGA title for a young Japanese Golfer.
21-year-old Takeda ended up at 17th on Golf Field Jian Lake Blue Bay on the island of Hainan, after opening with his hands 69-69-69, before the map was eight below 64.
Takeda won her first LPGA title four months ago, taking Toto Japan Classic in the playoffs of a sudden death with six holes.
Lee closed with 67, and Japanese Ayaka Furue is a further hit after 68 ended up at 10.
Jeeno Thiticul, a two -ranked player, closed with a disappointing 74 and was 13 shots off the pace. She ended up four below.
Three other Japanese claimed that the top 10 endings were, and Mao Saigo was tied to fifth place in Six-Under, and Miyu Yamashita and Nasa Haatoka shared the eighth goal further.
