Chelsea wants to add more creativity and technical abilities in the middle of the park, and they identified Spanish international midfielder Gavi as a potential target.
The 20-year-old was recently a key player for the club and the country, and could prove to be an exceptional acquisition for Chelsea if they manage to arrange a job. According to the report from SignaturesChelsea plans to submit an offer of around € 60 million (£ 50m) for Barcelona midfielder and it remains to be seen if Spanish clothing is ready to sanction his departure.
In the past, he was associated with a switch to PSG. Meanwhile, Chelsea was connected by the player a year ago.
Gavi is one of the best players in the club and is considered one of the best young talents in world football. Barcelona sports director Deco recently marked it as a special player with the world in front of his feet.

Gavi movement seems unlikely
