Share some tips on how I’ve improved my vision in the past two years. This is just my personal experience, I am not a doctor. Always contact your ophthalmologist before changing your routine. Eyes matter, you don’t want to wander around, MM K?
Hi, friends! I hope you have a pleasant morning and thank you for Healing code. I booked a lot of strategy calls and couldn’t wait to connect with everyone. You can view the details and Book your free strategy here to call.
Today’s post is a request from a popular reader and I’ve been thinking about doing it for about a year, but on the fence. I was hesitant because I was not a doctor, definitely not an ophthalmologist, but over the past two years I have been forced to have a lot of knowledge about the eyes and no one can really help me with my eye problems. I finally found an incredible dry eye expert but had to take things into my own hands as well. The other doctors were completely in trouble and hoped that I would rely on Didi that lowered my eye pressure. I have learned a lot and love to share with you everything I have learned, but please don’t accept any form of medical advice. Always contact your doctor before changing your daily routine.
OK, my eye story. My daily and eye care changed a lot a few years ago. (I will share some of them below.) Over the past year, I have also noticed that my glasses are too strong for me. They started to bother me and it felt like a magnifying glass, especially when I was driving. I should have been on an Ophthalmologist of the Year and went to a new office because the last RX date was a disaster (she gave me contact and I ended up being allergic to contact or solution and when I got back to the office she behaved like my fault and my eyes were completely swollen.
He did my ophthalmology test and told me that this was the first time in my life that I had a reduction in my prescription. I’ve been -5.25 since Grade 6 and now my RX has dropped to -5.0. This was a huge victory and I was shocked by it!
I went on and recently decided to order a pair of Vivarays after a lot of research on the blue light-covered glasses. I want to find a company that is right. Vivarays It’s that company. ((They kindly created the discount code, FitnessistaI will definitely post the full comment! ) My glasses started to have that magnifying glass feel again, so I went to the prescription to recheck because if I didn’t want to change my glasses I wouldn’t want to order them.
I told the ophthalmologist (same person – he is great) that my glasses felt too strong when reading. I started taking off my glasses to read, and they bothered me as I was on the computer for too long. He checked my reading horizon and held a booklet about 2 feet in front of me, my reading prescription was -2.50 – half of my current prescription! He wrote me a new prescription that I could use when I was just doing things around the house, reading and working on my computer.
I’ve shared the good news Instagram And filled with the requirements for writing this article. The reality is that I do a lot of things and it feels like a mix of all these strategies. Not just one.
However, I think the following are the things that are most helpful:
– Cleanliness and hygiene. It was rough, but until the legend, I never really cleaned my eyelids. I took some facial cleanser on them and made sure that most of the makeup was gone, but that’s all. Now, my eyelids wake up clean every night and in the morning.
My current routine:
AM: Wake up and use Corneal care The eye mask lasts for 15-20 minutes while I am lying in bed.
Two drops Refresh Mega without preservatives (I hate ingredients and single-use plastics, but it works best. I can’t wait Eyes‘New drops come out)
Clean eyelids Cliradex wipe (I use 1/4 of wipe every morning)
Afternoon: Clean face Fresh cleaner And do the rest of my skincare routine
Clean eyelids Oasis cover and eyelashes (I wipe it with half every night)
One drop Refresh Mega without preservatives
– Parasite cleaning. At the beginning of my big eye outbreak, I suffered from horrible blepharitis, which is the overgrowth of skinning mites on the eyelids, eyelashes and lid edges. They live in biofilms – they are bacterial machines! ! – Parasite cleaning Place nails in the coffin.
My eyes are no longer crusty, red or rich – at some point, they are red, rough and inflamed for about 10 weeks. This is the absolute worst time for my vision, and I really think that parasite cleaning makes a huge difference besides eyelid Heinz. I have a free gift here about parasite cleaning.
– Dry my eyes. My eyes rarely bother me because I use warm compression in the morning, drop twice a day, my eyelids are clean and hydrated with electrolytes throughout the day. Dry eyes will definitely worsen your vision.
– Nervous system regulation. Stress is inflammatory and affects all the major processes in our body. I’ve been studying cortisol patterns and neuromodulation for years, but finally where I feel more calm and balanced, even in most of the chaos (mostly). I treat sleep like my job, meditating on mine Pemf mat, Diary, when can I enjoy my hobbies, time with friends/family, naturally waiting.
– This book. This is recommended by Roudy (established) Vivarays) At the Reimagining Health Summit, I downloaded it immediately. It’s full of useful strategies and tricks, but the biggest gain is The less you rely on glasses, the less you need over time.
I realized that when I couldn’t wear the contact for weeks, I’ve started doing it. I don’t like wearing glasses for exercise, so I skipped. In hot yoga, everyone around me is a huge blur. Eventually, they become blurred humans, and then I can finally see details like patterns or logos on the clothes.
While you can’t put your glasses in a driving situation, even if you just start with meditation, you can absolutely throw them away from other situations without compromising safety. He also talked about the trauma and personal experience of needing glasses, allowing your body to relax enough to make it fully visible and includes practice and practice. You also need to truly believe that you can improve your vision.
He said we will never accept the fact that any other part of our body is destined to deteriorate over time. Why are the eyes different? The eyes also have the ability to recover and improve.
When I take exercise classes or are at home and don’t feel like I need glasses, I throw them away. At first it was very uncomfortable, but over time, my vision became better.
– Eliminate toxicity and recovery defects. My supplement and nutrition habits have changed and I think it’s a big difference from my eyes. Some of my top choices are Vitamin C, Solid multivitaminand Omega 3s. In addition to a lot of vegetables, healthy fats, leafy greens and fresh fruits, I also eat sardines at least a few times a week and at least a salmon every week.
I think that’s the biggest! If you have any questions, I’d love to answer in the comments.
Are there anyone else who has successfully improved their vision? ? ? Please share your story in the comments!
xoxo
Gina
