Tottenham Hotspur wants to sign the bournemouth striker Antoine Semenyo at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old Ganski International has gone well for Bournemouth and has nine goals and five assists in all competitions this season. Recently, Steve McManaman labeled a “excellent player”.
According to SignaturesCherry prices at 60 million euros, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham is ready to pay. The player is also associated with Arsenal.
They must add more quality and depth to the attacking unit, and the signing of the versatile striker would be a wise decision. It is versatile enough to act anywhere over the front three and will consistently kill themselves with goals and assists. His numbers are likely to improve when playing in a better team with quality players. An opportunity to join Tottenham could be quite exciting to him.
The move to the North London club would be a step in his career and he will want to compete regularly in European football. Tottenham could give him that platform. Although they have had a disappointing season so far, they have an ambitious project and a talented band.
The reported price is quite steep, and it remains to be seen whether Tottenham can negotiate a more reasonable fee for an African attacker. They have to improve other areas of their team, and spend 60 million euros on Semenyo could be tough.
The 25-year-old striker will also want to join the big club, and it will be interesting to see if he will decide to force the way out in the summer. If Tottenham’s interest is specifically, the player will surely be tempted. It remains to be seen how the situation is going. He is also thought to be on Newcastle United’s radar.
