Cycling in spring-like weather – Bionicoldguy

We have been lucky to have good weather since the last series of heavy rains. Cool, but sunny. These are all pleasant conditions. Last Tuesday, my group took Southwest Morgan, ascend Sun Road, and then reached the end of the Redwood Retreat Road, on the hills on the back. Great trip but I forgot to charge one of my batteries. So I had to care for a single battery, mainly using it to keep up the uphill group. In apartments and downhills, it is just leg strength. It was a tough challenge for me, but it was still enjoyable. Usually Tuesday is easy for me, but I reclassified it as a tough day!

I then had three days of riding and Thursday was also a strength training. Then my tough Saturday trip was 2:45 hours, the last time and the sprint. I was very tired afterwards, but recovered very well. I can do two hard rides and two upper body strength exercises a week, but still bounce back. Yesterday was a 75-minute relaxing recovery, very relaxing. I plan to enjoy this until the rain comes back, which seems to be early March.
