The NFL season 2024-25 is officially in books and Philadelphia Eagles are your Super Bowla champions.
Philly dominated the whole game, and the final result did not show how much this competition was. After all, KC did not arrive on the board until they bypassed 34-0.
With a big game in our rearview mirror, let’s look at some of the most important moves from Super Bowl Lix.
Several franchises had the case to be the best team in the NFL. Detroit lions had their best season in the history of the franchise with 15-3 records, but they learned the weaker in the playoffs and lost to the Washington commander, despite having the advantage of the home ground. Kansas City Chiefs returned to their third consecutive Super Bowl, but people will only remember hitting a big game. Bills Buffalo arrived at the AFC Championship, and striker Josh Allen won the MVP, but the loss from postseason bosses will persecute Mafia Bills for years.
Indeed, the best team in the National Football League this year was the champion of Super Bowl Philadelphia Eagles. They were one of the four best teams in the league during the regular season, and they were easily the best team in the playoffs. Therefore, Philly should be viewed as an undisputed best team in the NFL this season.
Sometimes the best team doesn’t win Super Bowl, but that wasn’t the case here. With a record of 18-3, Eagles had the most wins in any team in the league this season. Philly also had an offense of ten years (seventh in points per game) and top defense (second in points per game). These units were even better in the playoffs (first in a misdemeanor, third to achieve defense).
Eagles are the best team in the NFL, and they should be viewed as favorites for winning the Super Bowl LX next year at Santa Clari, California.
Usually a record of 17-2 and a performance in Super Bowl would be considered a successful season for 31 second NFL teams. But this also applies to Kansas City bosses. After the Super Bowl win, just moving to a big game is no longer good enough. Players, coaches and fans expected KC to be the first team to win three straight lombardi trophies. However, this dream is dead now, and there is a possibility that we will never see the chiefs again have a race again.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure KC and Patrick Mahomes will return to Super Bowl. I just don’t think it will ever connect three consecutive super -Bowla victories. Hell, I don’t know if I’ll ever see it in my life.
I do not discredit the chief dynasty. They still won three Super Bowls in the last six years, one of the best rides we’ve ever seen in the National Football League. With that in mind, the only way to see this season as a success was if KC became the first team to win three straight lombardi trophies. By reducing these expectations, I believe this season was a failure for bosses.
Kansas City had a good team this year, but they never looked like a great team. Despite their records, the chiefs were just a good-brilliant-defense (fourth in scoring) and only the middle road of the offensive path (15th place in scoring). If they had set up nasty numbers all season and looked like the best insult or defense in the NFL, then that loss would be a little tastier. But given that this was a unsatisfactory year statistically and the chiefs did not have triple, I think this is a failed season for KC.
It’s time to start talking about Jalena pains as we talk about Patrick Mahome, Joshu Allen, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson. If the measuring rod for return shots at NFL, then Hurts is the second best striker in the NFL behind Mahomes in the worst case.
Ever since he entered the National Football League, Hurts has won 46 games in 66 starters of a regular season. This equates with a percentage of a 0.697%victory, the tenth highest mark of all time for NFL return blow with at least 60 starts. He also improved 6-3 in postseason and earned a great Bowl MVP honor last night, making him one of only two active attackers who won the award.
His passing on the playoffs may have been at the lower end, but the pain continued to end the year related to Jayden Daniels and Patrick Mahomes for the League leadership in the post -season passing Touchdown (five). Get involved in five more rush Touchdown, and you are looking at the most prolific goal in the NFL 2025 playoffs. Patrick Mahomes was the next backward striker who hurt with seven TDS in postseason.
The scariest part of all this: it is only 26 years old. No 27, but he was already in two Super Bowls and won one of them. Still ask any Seahawks or Packers fans, it’s hard to win more super bowla. After winning one, there is no guarantee that you will even return to another. However, Hurts is under the contract by the end of the 2026-27 season, and the Eagles look willing to make another ride next season.
I have the feeling that this will not be the last time we see that the potential pain is raising the Lombard trophy. Meanwhile, start looking at the injured as the equivalent of Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen.
We all knew that Saquoon Barkley was immensely talented. However, his skills lost New York Giants. If Giants Director General Joe Schoen overturned the money because of the money Barkley was looking for in the off -season, he would still be a loser in New York, not a Super Bowl champion in Philadelphia.
With that victory of Super Bowla Lix, I think it is safe to say that Saquoon Barkley has completed the best year we have ever seen from running.
During the regular season, Barkley ran at 2,005 meters in 16 games, becoming only the ninth run in NFL history to rush to 2,000 meters in one season. If Barkley played at week 18, he may have overthrew the one-season record Eric Dickerson from 2,105 meters.
At the end of the day, Barkley was a smart decision to sit in the last game of the regular season because it allowed him to be healthy and prepared for the playoffs. This made it possible for Barkley to rush for 499 meters in Postseason, making his one -season chasing on 2,504 Jarda. This represents the new NFL one-season rear record because it surpassed Hall of Famer Terrell Davis, which ran to 2,476 meters during the regular season and playoffs of 1998-99.
If you ask Saquon, he will not tell you that he cares about breaking the rush records. The only thing he care about was the victory of his first Super Bowl.
“It has been hell for a year, but all numbers and statistics or records are cool, but it’s best to be able to keep that Lombard trophy,” Barkley said Associated Press.
Good news for Saquoon: He received a trophy of Lombarda and a record. Now it’s impressive.
Now that the dust has settled, I think we can all admit that Super Bowl Lix was forgetful if you were not a fan of Philadelphia Eagles.
There were several problems with the Super Bowl 2025. The first and most importantly, the game was boring. It was a blowing basically all the way. The bosses have achieved two Touchdown in the last three minutes of competitions. Before these TDS, the result was 40-6. It is not exactly the barn from the flames in any part of the imagination.
The game was not even blowing an epic scale. The victory of 18 points is related to the 16th day Marz’s victory in Super Bowl. If KC had not achieved those late TDs, it would have been the fifth biggest difference in the history of Super Bowl. However, that was not the case last night.
The commercials were not great. Some of them (Stella Artois “David & Dave: Second David“Nfl”Flag 50 50“Little Caesars”WHOA!“And Hellmann”When Sally met Hellmannov“) Were funny and cute, but there was no thing that really stood out to me as a really great one. We had nothing like”1984”Apple commercial or Betty White collapsed during a backyard football match.
Even the half -time show was fine. Kendrick Lamar gave an excellent performance, but if you are not a fan of rap music, then that half of the show probably didn’t like that much.
Between blowing, so-so-half-time show and fake commercials, Super Bowl Lix was one of the worst super bowl we’ve had in recent years.
