“Did not win”, or “definitely won it?”

Scott now doubles Dei and said he is launching a “definitely won” campaign for the month of black history, which will take place in February. The term is a play on the words “did not win”, which the opponents of DEI use to highlight what they say is their lack of bakery meritocracy in Dei.
