Manchester United icon Wayne Rooney invited Marcus Rashford to leave the club, describing his current situation at the club as “uncomfortable”.
Rashford was absent from the last 11 United team, and manager Ruben Amorim made it clear that England International was not in his plans.
Amorim went so far on Sunday that he would say that he would rather choose a 63-year-old Jorge Vital goalkeeper coach over Rashford.
The Portuguese manager intensified his attitude a few days later, insisting that he “has to change” forward if he wants to play for the club again.
Rooney, United’s leading goalkeeper, briefly played with Rashford at the club and international level. He believes that the 27-year-old is no longer alone and has to look for a new start elsewhere.
Talking about overlap, he said, “I talked to Marcus several times and I gave him my thoughts and my opinion. I said you should leave the football club, because whatever happens in his life and whatever happens in Manchester United, he It’s not the same.

“It takes two years with Marcus and is sad. It’s really sad.”
Despite the fact that Rashford expressed interest in the new challenge, so far he has not been able to secure January ahead of the transfer period on Monday.
Rooney, who regularly visits United’s training for involvement of his sons at the Academy, recalled that he saw Rahford’s isolation training.
“On Sunday, I entered Carrington to take my children on the day of the game, and Marcus was in training with Fitness coach,” he said.
“But he was exactly where his parents were passing because of the children’s games. I looked at him, thinking how embarrassed he had to be as he had been going through.
“I was surprised when (Rashford’s training issues) began more than two years ago, but now I’m not.”
Since Rashford’s future at Old Trafford looks increasingly insecure, it remains to be seen whether it will find an exit route in the coming days or be limited to exile for a few months longer.
