The President will be represented by the co -chair and partner of Sullivan Cromwell Robert J. Giuffra Jr.

Giubfra has been in the firm since 1989 after serving as Secretary of Lawyers of the Judge in Chief of the Supreme Court of the United States, William Rehnquist. Giuffra is currently focusing on titles, white -neck criminal, product responsibility, commercial, insurance, banking and tax litigation.

Fox News Digital has learned that Boris Epshteyn, Trump’s highest legal advisor, continues his role as a superior counselor, coordinating a wide range of legal fronts and issues for the president.

“The appeal of President Donald J. Will Scharf, who also represented the president in these cases, was designated as a staff secretary at the White House.

Sauer argued the case on presidential immunity before the United States Supreme Court, leading to the high court to rule that presidents have immunity for non -official presidential events.

The case of Smith’s classified records was rejected in July 2024 by the United States District Court for the Southern Florida district, Judge Aileen Cannon, who ruled that Smith was illegally designated as a special lawyer.

Smith accused Trump of the United States District Court for Washington, DC, in his 2020 election case, but after Trump was elected President, Smith tried to dismiss the case. Judge Tanya Chutkan granted this request.
