Trump to reinstate service members discharged for not getting COVID-19 vaccine

According to the White House, President Donald Trump will sign an executive order to reinstate service members torn from the military for refusing to scale back the COVID-19 vaccine.

Those reinstated will be returned to their previous rank and provided with pay and benefits.

The White House fact sheet indicates that only 43 of the more than 8,000 service members who downloaded their COVID-19 vaccination status chose to return to the military.
