A light competitor Andy Cruz (5-0, 2 ko) performed top performance, defeating Omar Salcid (20-2, 14 ko) by unanimous decision of judges in 10 rounds in a joint fight on Saturday night at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Chelsea. Ballroom, in Las Vegas.

Cruz’s golden Olympic medal winner injured Salcida in the ninth and tenth rounds with strong blows he never expected. In the last seconds of the tenth, Salcido was on his feet after Cruz grabbed him with his right hand, so he was forced to stick to survived.

Cruz set 203 out of 610 bumps for a 33%connection rate. For its part, Salcido received 53 of 474 by 13%.
