Trump gives a speech to Las Vegas on tip taxes, promises to help workers


President Trump visited Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon to discuss his agenda for American workers, emphasizing “Trip Tax No Policy.” When the first week of his second term is over.

“And here in Nevada … think about, a quarter of the typical pay of workers in a restaurant comes from tips. I didn’t know,” said Trump.

“When I think of Biden, I think of incompetence and inflation,” Trump said about his former opponent, who left office on Monday.

During Saturday’s speech, Trump also promoted some of the promises that his administration has already fulfilled, including his dismantling of some federal practices of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
