On Tuesday, a group of us rode briskly to the southeast, visiting a small farm that kept two large pigs along the way. It was a cold but beautiful day and the hot soup for lunch afterwards was a welcome addition.
Yesterday was one of my toughest rides, all the way up the Coyote Creek Trail to the Hellyer Velodrome and back home, a ride that took just under 3 hours. I did a quick cruise for almost the first two hours, then did intervals and bike training on the way home. I was definitely tired when I got home and had a great time for the most part.
