“Agent AI,” or AI assistants, has been the talk of the industry since late last year. But does this idea – using large-scale language models (LLMs) to create small-scale operations and standard movements – look like they will be sent to create reality?
Here is one good example I heard recently: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) agent. Axis Defense he was associated with the introduction of Israeli AI xpander.AI to develop its customer service ticketing system, employing thousands of people at the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies operating in the airline, hospitality and other industries.
Through its partnership with xpander, Axis says it has been able to save thousands of hours a month and grow its team efficiently, avoiding costly and time-consuming hiring of new members by augmenting existing staff. AI assistants.
“Being able to think of something and see it come to fruition in days without the need for technical equipment has been a game-changer for us,” Nokky Goren, director of engineering at Axis Security, said in an interview with VentureBeat. “This is the future of business technology.”
Axis Security, acquired by HPE in March 2023, manages enterprise security solutions (SSE), which expand network security and improving access to corporate resources. The acquisition was part of HPE’s strategy to expand its security offerings (SASE), including Axis’ SSE platform and Aruba’s SD-WAN technology. This collaborative approach meets the growing need for seamless, secure communication in an era of hybrid and global operations.
SSE’s Axis Security platform, Atmos, offers secure web gateways (SWG), cloud security brokers (CASB) and digital security monitoring (DEM). By joining HPE’s ecosystem, Axis gained access to additional resources, including a dedicated sales team and technical support, which have greatly contributed to customer acquisition and improved solutions.
Recognizing the importance of risk responses to care job growth and improve reliability, Axis Security has partnered with Xpander.AI to use the most advanced AI system.
“On top of my team’s desk, I have a sign that says, ‘automate everything,'” Goren said. “I always teach them that when a job is done multiple times, then we have to focus on the machine…
Xpander’s Agent Graph System (AGS) has been instrumental in this process. Unlike automation tools, AGS creates tasks in multiple ways that are controlled by interactive AI assistants. These agents intelligently manage API calls and services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
“Multi-agent AI changed everything for us,” Goren said. “With Xpander tools, we created complex tasks like ticketing and customer interaction without writing a single line of code.”
One of Axis’ most innovative features of Xpander technology includes customer service ticket management.
Using Xpander’s AGS, Axis took it upon themselves to retrieve and process support ticket analysis data. The system is now:
“In the past, no one would have been able to pool thousands of tickets to get a match,” Goren said. “Now, AI assistants can do this in minutes, saving us countless hours.”
Another success has been root cause analysis (RCA) for system shutdowns. Xpander’s multi-agent AI generates detailed RCA reports by generating analytical and historical data. These reports are reviewed and approved by the Axis team before being automatically communicated to clients and stakeholders.
Xpander’s technology addresses one of the biggest barriers to enterprise AI adoption: Reliability. David Twizer, CEO of Xpander.AI said: “Our platform ensures 100% reliability by using multi-party tools that can adapt to business challenges.”
The partnership also demonstrates the power to transform AI systems. The Xpander platform enables integration with multiple LLMs, enabling organizations like Axis to use the best tools for their specific needs. “We provide a platform where users can integrate the latest models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Nvidia, ensuring maximum flexibility and performance,” added Twizer.
Axis Security’s use of Xpander.AI shows how business technology is moving: Shifting from software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to AI-driven workflows. By empowering teams to adapt and customize, multi-dimensional AI systems are redefining what can be done in businesses around the world.
With this partnership, HPE and its subsidiaries are poised to lead the charge in integrating AI and security at the core of business operations.
