Manchester United are ready to consider offloading Alejandro Garnach if they receive a good enough offer this January, CaughtOffside he understands.

The Red Devils value the Argentine international at around £65m, and he is emerging as the main target for Napoli after they sold star Khvich Kvaratskheli to Paris Saint-Germain.

However, the sources also informed CaughtOffside that Tottenham joined the race for Garnach, after receiving information about his situation.

It is thought Man Utd would rather sell abroad than to a Premier League rival, but Spurs will no doubt be hoping they can become serious contenders for the talented 20-year-old.

“I CRIED when I spoke to Arsene Wenger” – which former Arsenal star says leaving the club was a BIG mistake?

Garnacho has shown great potential during his time at United, although he no longer appears to be an important player under new manager Ruben Amorim.

Just six months ago that would have been considered a big surprise, but now it seems to be a concrete chance for Garnacho to leave Old Trafford before the end of January.

A move to Napoli may make the most sense as they have a clear need to replace a player of a similar style in the form of Kvaratskhelia, while they should also have money to spend after cashing in on the Georgia international.

It may be a bit more difficult for Tottenham to afford someone like Garnach, but it seems they are at least considering him as a serious option.

It’s been a difficult season for Spurs, who have struggled to find real consistency, and it might be wise for them to add someone with a little more spark and quality to their attack.

Garnacho can play a variety of roles in a front three and could be good for the kind of football Ange Postecoglou wants his team to play.
