CES 2025 Day 1: Honda, BMW, Victory X, and the first device under the display shows


Cost of CES 2025 It’s officially happening in Las Vegas. Monday is the day of publication saw important words from Samsung, nvidia, toyota, and Sony, among others, while Tuesday was all about exciting new equipment on the show floor. TechCrunch reporters are on the ground giving it to you new reveals at the meeting.

Car reveals from Honda, BMW, and Uber

Honda unveiled 0 SUV, a mid-size SUV set to match 0 Saloon to Honda appeared in last year’s show. The production version of the SUV will start in North America in the first half of 2026 and then go to other markets around the world.

Uber will use Nvidia’s new global hardware, cosmos, and its cloud-based AI supercomputing platform to support development of autonomous vehicle technology. Uber hasn’t shared details about how, exactly, it plans to use Nvidia’s hardware.

BMW is revising its in-car utility model. The biggest changes announced are widget generator which allows users to change the settings – including on the car’s windshield. There is no real display on the windshield, however. Instead, there are displays installed in the dashboard that focus on a slightly modified section of the glass.

Acer showed off two new gaming devices at CES 2025, but one surprised us. Nitro Blaze 11 it has a large 10.95-inch display, really pushing the boundaries of what is considered a handheld. The device weighs more than 1kg (2.3 pounds), and not only is it as big as the 11-inch iPad Air, it’s as heavy as two iPad Airs put together.

Razer showed off their gaming chair Heating and cooling power. The system has a self-regulating heater that can reach up to 86 degrees Fahrenheit, so your bum can stay warm for the duration of the Balatro.

(kind of) the rebirth of Radio Shack

Radio Shack is back at CES after a difficult period in brick-and-mortar electronics retail. In 2023, Unicomer Group acquired international rights to the company and is now adding the RadioShack logo to the consumer electronics category, such as a Bluetooth speaker with RGB lighting, a gaming chair, headphones, and a projector.

Health and fitness are plentiful

The exhibition saw several new products and innovations in the healthcare space.

Kombu introduced a homemade beer called kombucha The Fermenstation. The company hopes that the product can help users combine all the necessary steps for DIY beer production and reduce the complexity of the installation process.

Segway invented it Xyber and Xafari. These new e-bikes are designed to make riding safer, easier, and more accessible. The company is taking preorders and expects to deliver in February.

Withings unveiled the BPM Vision, the ultimate in travel home blood pressure monitoring and adjustable wrist cuffs. The $130 device measures systolic and diastolic blood pressure, which can help users identify and manage things like high blood pressure.
