Marcus Rashford slams ‘ridiculous’ and ‘false’ rumors surrounding Man Utd’s future

Marcus Rashford has hit out at “ridiculous” reports speculating about his Manchester United future.

After being dropped from four of Ruben Amorim’s matchday squads during December – a period in which he also admitted the desire for a new challenge – It is believed that Rashford will be available for transfer in January.

Reports in England claimed Rashford had enlisted the help of a new agency to try to force a move away from United, but the 27-year-old wasted little time in quashing the rumor on social media.

“There have been a lot of fake stories written over the past few weeks, but guys, this is getting ridiculous,” he posted alongside a screenshot of the aforementioned story.

“I have never met with any agency and have no plans.”

Despite this, Rashford is still available if any suitors want to get in touch Unitedasking price, believed to be around £40m.

Selling Rashford would be beneficial for United this month after Amorim admitted the Red Devils would they have to sell the players first if they want to raise money for new signings, with a striker limited in options who could generate a significant transfer fee.
