Squid Games Season 3 Confirmed in 2025

A few days after its release Squid Game Season 2Netflix has announced that season 3 is already in production.

The third season of the popular Korean game show will be released in 2025, Netflix posted on X on New Year’s Eve. The poster features a Red Light doll, a Green Light doll, Young-hee, next to a male doll named Chul-su.

“YOUNG-HEE & CHUL-SU,” wrote Netflix. “Squid Game Season 3. Coming 2025.”

The second season ended on a cliffhanger, with the episode Friend or Foe setting up the final conflict that will take place in the final season. It sounds like you won’t have to wait long to find out what happens, but here’s something to watch (in case you missed it): Squid Game season 2 post-credits scene.

It took more than three years after the release of the runaway-successful first season for the second season to be released. Squid Games season 1 and 2 are running Netflix now.
