Line-ups revealed as champions look for rare victory

Manchester City will need to pull off one of the greatest comebacks of all time if they are to win the Premier League title from their position.

But all that will be on Pep Guardiola’s mind is winning one game, this time against Leicester.

The Foxes welcome the champions to the King Power Stadium knowing they are vulnerable and that head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy will relish the opportunity.

With just one win in 13, City must start winning or face the prospect of slipping into the bottom half of the table.

Read on to find out how both teams line up for this intriguing affair.

Leicester line-up

There is some welcome news for Leicester in attack today, while a few other changes have been made by Van Nistelrooy.

Jakub Stolarczyk remains in goal for Lisica, with Victor Kristiansen, Jannik Vestergaard, Conor Coady and James Justin at the back.

Harry Winks stands alongside Boubakary Soumare in midfield.

The trio of Stephy Mavididi, Facundo Buonanotte and Bilal El Khannous sits up front.

And Jamie Vardy is back as a starting striker.

Manchester City line-up

City have assembled a very attacking side.

Stefan Ortega remains in goal and Rico Lewis operates at right back, while Manuel Akanji, Nathan Ake and Josko Guardiol make up the rest of the defense.

Mateo Kovačić holds the title with Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne ahead of him.

On the right is Savinho and on the left is Phil Foden.

As usual, Erling Haaland leads the way.
