A depleted Tottenham will be without Ben Davies at home to Wolves on Sunday after the defender suffered a setback during his return from a hamstring injury.
Wales international Davies has not featured since Spurs’ 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth on December 5 and manager Ange Postecoglou expects the 31-year-old to miss an extra “few weeks”.
Centre-back Radu Dragusin is a question mark after being forced out of the squad during Tottenham’s 1-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest on Thursday, part of an injury list that includes Micky van de Ven and Cristiano Romero.

“We are in a difficult situation and have been for some time,” Postecoglou said. “The nature of football and the schedule of matches means that we were always on a good line. It’s another test for us.”
Tottenham’s only clean sheet in their last nine games came against bottom-placed Southampton, who have conceded four fewer goals than any other team in the top flight.
Postecoglou, who brought 18-year-old Archie Gray back from midfield to defense to ease the situation, said it was “a bit early to say” whether Dragusin would be involved at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
“He sprained his ankle and felt like he couldn’t continue,” the Australian added after Anthony Elanga scored the game’s only goal. “We’ll have to wait and see.”
