Xbox Cloud Games The service has been down since Thursday, according to The official Twitter account for Xbox Support. It seems that the service, which allows you to play Xbox games on phones, tablets and other devices, is slowly returning. But it’s not 100% yet.
Xbox Support account tweeted On Thursday that it was aware of the difficulties in establishing Cloud Gaming titles. Pa Xbox Status pageindicated that the story began at 1:42 pm ET/ 10:42 am PT and is still being processed with the statement that it is “pending.” Xbox Support account tweeted Friday morning to say that people trying to start the game have seen a long time in the queue, but it should not take as long as indicated.
“Users may experience an incorrect wait time when trying to launch a game title,” the account said. “Our teams hope that users will be able to connect faster than the upload time shown.”
When starting a game — for example, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 — line page appears. At one point, it showed a wait time of more than three hours. On normal days, there is no line at all. When there is one, it usually lasts a few minutes.

Thread on r/xcloudThe Xbox Cloud Gaming subreddit, revealed that people were unable to play the game on the service whether on Android, iOS, Windows, Mac and other devices. The problem is also being seen around the world, with people in Germany, Costa Rica and Brazil reportedly unable to use the service.
Xbox Cloud Gaming is included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership. It’s not clear if perhaps the influx of Xbox owners from Christmas will cause a problem. Ten years ago, both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network went down over Christmas, but that was due to an online attack from a group of hackers.
