These are the secret eyes of Takayuki Yagami the second trip; and a spin-off of Sega’s famous, pulpy and convoluted Yakuza saga. They live in the same neighborhood as Kamurocho, the same yakuza gangs roam the streets, and you have the occasional skirmish between side characters and weirdos. But instead of punching punks in the face in the name of justice or honor, that was Yakuza style. protagonist Kazuya Kiryu, Yagami fights with the power of his lawyer badge, drone evidence and … sometimes (read: often) punches the bad guys in the face.
The skate sequence is very close to a TV drama, with fights, chases and melodrama. For anyone who has played this series before, it treads on familiar ground, but it’s a horror (true) story that focuses on the problems of bullying and suicide in Japanese high schools, which are connected to many plots such as law, politics and organized crime.
Yagami has several fighting styles, while there are romances, fighting cages, mahjong, skate parks and more to immerse yourself in for hours. On PS5, Judgment Lost it looks good. Battles are fluid and the recreated areas of Tokyo and Yokohama are full of pedestrians, shops and entertainment venues. When Yakuza: Like a Dragon took the license in a new way (turned, very stupid), Judgment Lost they keep a little of the gameplay of the Yakuza series, with a new hero that, in the end, made us happy.
