Honda and Nissan have legally it has been confirmed rumours that they are following the agreement. Both would still operate under their respective companies but with a new joint venture as a parent. If Nissan-powered Mitsubishi returned, the combined group would be the world’s third largest carmaker, with revenues of $50 billion.
Nissan and Honda already to work together on EV development, but a joint company would be more integrated. According to the press release, it may include organizing vehicle platforms, integrating research and development teams, and improving production processes and equipment. This can help reduce costs.
In the US, Nissan sells large pickup trucks and SUVs that Honda does not offer, along with extensive experience in EVs and plug-in electric vehicles. On the other hand, Honda has stable earnings while Nissan has struggled, especially at home in Japan.

According to the Financial Times, Meta may add displays to its Ray-Ban sunglasses partnership. These displays can be seen in future iterations next year. It’s not really a mixed goal, though. The display will be on the small side and can be used to display information or feedback from Meta’s AI assistant.
A group of fans have created a native PC port of Star Fox 64who is calling Stars. Harbor Masters, the team that started the project, used a tool that converts the original ROM games into codes for PC use, so it does not use any Nintendo code. This means that it is technically acceptable. (I hope Nintendo is looking.)
Like previous ports, Stars it has all kinds of modern bells and whistles to set it apart from the 1997 original. The price of the frame is very high and the port includes quality control technology for better viewing. There is another big advantage: It is moddable.
