Manchester United are reportedly following Atalanta midfielder Ederson as a potential transfer target after his impressive performances.
Ederson has shone in Serie A and certainly seems to have the strength to make the step up to play for one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League or elsewhere in Europe.
The Brazil international clearly looks like he could add something to this struggling Man United squad, with new manager Ruben Amorim in desperate need of changes to the outstanding squad he inherited from Erik ten Hag.

According to The AthleticEderson is on United’s radar, although it is unclear whether he will be someone they prioritize in January.
It’s usually harder to make big deals in the middle of the season, so it may be that Ederson will have to wait until the summer, although other clubs could certainly join the race for the 25-year-old signing.

Sources recently said CaughtOffside that Ederson is also on the agenda at Manchester City as a potential replacement for Rodrigo.
On top of that, Liverpool are also interested in Ederson, with midfield still on the Reds’ agenda after missing out on Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad this summer.
It seems that Ederson could strengthen either of these clubs, but it remains to be seen whether he would choose United in their current state.
Amorim is an exciting manager who could eventually prove to be the right choice to turn United around, but for now they are well behind Liverpool.
Even City may not be the tempting choice they would have been a few months ago, after suffering a spectacular collapse this season.
