A group of talented fans have created a who is calling Stars. Even better? It is technically acceptable. Harbor Masters, the team that started the project, used a tool that converts the original ROM games into codes for PC use, so it does not use any Nintendo code.

According to Redditors, a Star Fox 64 port is easy if that’s your bag. It requires Proton and a little bit of jumping around, since the code is not based on Linux. It’s been a while since we got an official Star Fox game from Nintendo, so this can satisfy the desire to do barrels.
