Arizona is getting an online tuition-based school taught entirely by AI

The latest online only school bright and Arizona State Board for Charter Schools comes with twists: a academic courses will be taught completely by AI.

Charter Schools – independently run but funded by the government – often have more autonomy than public schools when it comes to education. But Unbound Academy workwhich offers “AI-powered learning technology” that “enables learning in a two-hour window,” is the first of its kind. The Unbound strategy leans on ed-tech platforms like XL and Khan Academyand students have “interactive, AI-powered platforms that continuously adapt to their learning style and style.” There they will to be people, less of them, and maybe not real certified teachers: it will take the approach of “person-in-the-loop” and “talented leaders” to monitor their progress who can provide “expected activities” and teaching to each student.
