Netmarble and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced Game of Thrones: Kingsroada fun RPG game set in 2025.
Tonight, millions of players will get their first look at the game, with a trailer that was shown at The Game Awards. Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is currently in development for mobile, with other platforms to be confirmed.
Licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment on behalf of HBO, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad begins the fourth season of the Emmy Award-winning series and Golden Globe-winning Game of Thrones.
In this game, players will find a new story as they take on the role of a new person, who, through his fate, becomes the heir to the house of Tyre, a small noble house in the north. In addition to customizing their character with a powerful character creator, players will be able to choose from three factions – Sellsword, Knight or Assassin – as they embark on their journey to the land of Westeros.
Tasked with protecting their heritage, players will also be drawn into the biggest challenges facing Westeros, from political conflicts to threats from beyond the Wall. Each team must master unique fighting styles to succeed in their missions and progress. The Kingsroad is a difficult road to travel, but unexpected rewards await those brave and strong enough to take the journey.

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is planned to be launched in various regions in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East in 2025. The opening time in Asia will be announced next year.
