Countdown to WPL Auction 2025

The much-awaited Women’s Premier League (WPL) Player Auction is scheduled to take place in Bengaluru on December 15, 2024. Excitement is building as only a few days are left. Team. All teams are gearing up to compete for the best talent ahead of an exciting Women’s Premier League season.

A total of 120 players will compete, including 91 Indian cricketers and 29 international stars, with a combination of three players from associated nations. This diverse group highlights the growing global influence of the WPL and its role in promoting women’s cricket around the world.

In addition, the auction will feature 82 uncapped Indian players aiming for a breakthrough moment. Along with 8 unannounced foreign players are also ready to show their skills on this big stage.

However, the competition will be strong, with only 19 vacancies. Teams have five spots reserved for foreign players. This will make each selection crucial in the auction.
