Alison’s story:
“I have always struggled with self-esteem. When I take old photos, I cry looking at them. When I was at my heaviest (including pregnancy). I didn’t recognize my body and I knew it was time to get serious and give it my all. Went.
I knew I couldn’t make any more excuses and I needed to change for myself and my future health. so i follow mobile application Work out and complete each one. I joined the SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas responsibility group. Always strive to follow 7 days to lose weight & HBMPand then did a 40-day sugar fast with my sister.
I started this journey hoping and praying that I would stick with it and not give up. The many inspiring women in the LSF community keep me going! Meal planning helps eliminate planning and guesswork. I think this is the key to my success.
Not only have I become physically stronger, but my confidence has also increased! Since 2020, I have struggled with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness, and hormonal issues. My migraines are gone, my anxiety is much better, I have more energy (woke up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to me finding myself again.

Natalie’s story:
“I gained over 35 pounds in my thirties and hated every detail of my body. I found it extremely challenging to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to change. I was very tired.
In just 6 weeks, I gained a level of confidence I never knew I had, I gained a new joy in waking up early, I developed an appreciation for my body and its capabilities, and I formed new relationships with others. Through my relationship with food and learning how to nourish my body, I have received an outpouring of support, love, and encouragement from my community, not to mention I have lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit better!
For me this is just the beginning! I am committed to becoming the best version of myself and I want to thank Katie and the LSF team/community for that. I am extremely grateful and very proud of where I am today. I feel strong, motivated, and excited for the future! Good things always happen to those who sweat!

“I started this challenge as a New Year’s reset to hold myself accountable to working on mobile application every day and pay close attention HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge so I started #teamlsfslay and the women who inspired me and shared their support throughout the challenge was incredible. I don’t think I could have stayed as consistent as I did without them! This challenge helped me get into the habit of exercising and eating right.
Our Pink Heart Award is presented to a member of the following organizations #teamLSF Community Not only is she committed to her own fitness journey, but she’s also super encouraging to her #teamlsf babies! For each challenge, we ask members to submit someone who inspires them and serves as a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
selena – Lost 11 pounds
“I’ve lost 17 pounds since the competition started Feel Good 14 Challenge(I’ve lost 11 of them since SSDs came out).
I stuck to the meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are treating ourselves better nutritionally.
While this is all incredible, this challenge has less to do with achieving my weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on in every challenge in the past.
My reason is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or aren’t getting encouragement from the people in their life and may have even given up on their dreams.

“I decided to make changes/adjustments, if you will, to my exercise schedule and sleep cycle. I started going home for lunch, making healthy meals at home, and packing my workout clothes to take with me after work. Just go Going to the gym instead of going home first helps me start working out earlier, which allows me to eat dinner earlier, which then allows me to get more sleep and I can see my body being sculpted, slimmed down!

“I am fully committed to SSD, to my physical health, but more importantly my mental health, which in turn helps my physical health even more. This challenge was my first time using meal planning, and I Love them. mobile application for my workouts) so I’m not always thinking about what meals I should make! I even discovered some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) HBMP I didn’t think I’d like it so much.
There are always going to be challenges, but I take it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am so grateful to the #teamlsf girls for encouraging and supporting me. I love these challenges – we work together!
I would say the biggest win with SSD is that I finally get into a movement and protein rhythm in the morning. I’ve been trying to get it working for a long time, but this time it actually stuck! yeah! I show up every day and make small changes that add up over time and I’m proud of my hard work and results.
