Outdoor workouts to try in summer


Girlfriend, summer is the best time to exercise outdoors and replenish vitamin D!

You can add any of your mobile application Work out outdoors, from Sweat Sesh to Daily 10, or try these suggestions!

Best outdoor sports in summer:

1. Morning Yoga

Start your day with a relaxing yoga session in the park or backyard. Find a quiet spot, spread out your mat, relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. Walk on the beach

A walk on the beach is the perfect way to distract yourself from what is going on in your life. Take 10-30 minutes alone to walk on the beach (bring headphones and your earphones) favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with your girlfriends and learn about life!

3.HIIT workout

Hit the beach for an extra challenge with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder, and the ocean breeze will keep you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular health.
