How to prepare for our summer challenges


our Summer Body Shaping Challenge Coming soon! Are you ready to get healthy, build confidence, and feel your best in just 6 weeks?

We list 10 things to do before We start on July 8th So you can be prepared and have all the secrets to success this summer!

To-do list for getting in shape before summer:

1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan

Join us on July 7th, the day before we start SSU, to do the Bikini Body Detox program to detox your body and get ready to achieve your fitness goals! You will get this program for free after signing up here.

2. Meal Preparation

One of the keys to success during the challenge is meal preparation. Take some time to plan your meals for the week so you can stick to your nutrition goals.

This makes it easier to eat healthily throughout the week so you’re not scrambling for unhealthy meals and snacks.

3. Take before photos

Before photos are key to tracking your progress + qualifying for great prizes!

Hold up your SSU 2024 sign (in the SSU Handbook) so we can verify this is an actual “before” photo from this challenge!

To do:

  • Bright, natural lighting

  • Tight clothes/sports bras and shorts

  • Vertical and full body

  • front, side, back

  • A clean background (such as a wall or door)

  • Wear the same clothes before and after!

What not to do:

  • dark, shadowy lighting
  • loose clothes
  • messy background
  • Long distance shooting

4. Summer Body Shaping Diet Plan

Be sure to grab our Summer Body Shaping Diet Plan So you can achieve your nutrition goals + follow along with us in 6 weeks!

5. Download mobile

All challenge workouts will be in the My MOVE app! And if you’re new to moveyou will get Free for 30 days.

6. Set clear goals

Define your SSU goals. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.

7. Take notes to track progress

Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be key to tracking your progress and celebrating your achievements at the end of your summer body shaping session.

8. Join an accountability group

We firmly believe that an accountability group is the key to keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming, we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! view post @teamlsf Learn how to join a group!

9. Schedule your exercise time

Block out time in your calendar or planner to exercise. Schedule it in advance and treat it like any other important appointment, make it a priority!

10. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health, energy levels, and post-exercise recovery. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a spoonful Wing Girl or natural beauty😉
