5 tips to stay motivated


The last week of summer body shaping is here! Whether you’ve completed all or half of the previous challenges this week, it’s time to get back in, gain momentum, and finish strong. Big prizes are waiting for you 😉

5 tips to help you stay on track during your final week:

1. Set goals for the final week

Whether it’s setting a new personal record in a workout streak or sticking to a fail-proof warm-up eating plan, setting a specific goal for the last week will give you something to work towards. Write it down and remind yourself every day to stay focused.

2. Don’t compare yourself to others

Everyone’s fitness journey is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own achievements and the progress you have made since SSU was founded.

3. Keep a positive attitude

Positive self-talk goes a long way in keeping you motivated. Remind yourself of all the effort you have put in and the progress you have made so far. Encourage yourself with affirmations and believe in your ability to persevere through challenges.

4. Lean on your accountability team

Your accountability group will support you, so don’t be afraid to reach out to them for motivation if you feel like you’re off track. Share your struggles, accomplishments, and goals with LSF babies and let them cheer you on. It is incredibly empowering to know that you are not alone in this journey.

5. Celebrate how far you’ve come

Take a moment to celebrate the progress you’ve made on your fitness journey. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication over the past few weeks. Give yourself something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and SSU!

The last week at SSU is your chance to finish strong and show off your abilities. Stay motivated, stay positive, and don’t give up. You’re in week 6, which is incredible!
