Schmeichel makes a crucial save to earn the Bhoys a point

Dinamo Zagreb and Celtic played a lifeless 0-0 in the Champions League, and Celtic goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel created an unforgettable moment of the match with a brilliant late save.

The home team had the best chance late on when Marko Pjaca sent a powerful header towards the goal, only for Schmeichel to reach the ball with his fingertips and put it over the crossbar.

Celtic were confident of a rare away win in Europe but struggled to get results at times.

The result left both sides in the playoffs in the Champions League table, Celtic in 17th place with nine points and Dinamo in 21st place with a point less.

The first half was lackluster, with both sides failing to create any meaningful chances and any shots on goal as the game unfolded despite Celtic’s dominance of possession.

The second half started in a similar fashion, with the home fans rushing Dinamo, and the hosts went close when Celtic defender Auston Trusty blocked a chance with his back.

Although Celtic rallied in the final minutes, the game ended goalless with both sides looking content with a point.
