Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn’t in a good place because I had stopped working out and wasn’t eating healthy. I had completed many LSF challenges in the past, but I had stopped working out for a while, mentally or physically. Not at its best.

“When I saw Summer Shape up start, I decided to start over and create new healthy habits through exercise and healthy eating. The first week at SSU was the hardest because I had to create new habits, but once I After the first week, things got easier thanks to mobile application, Warm-up meal planand the amazing LSF community, help me stay motivated. I now exercise every morning and it has made a huge difference in my mental health. I struggle with anxiety and exercise helps me a lot.

“So far, I’ve been making healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week, and that’s what’s most important to me. I lost 7 pounds on this challenge, but I also achieved non-scale gains. My biggest victory is that I feel so much better not only physically but mentally as well. TeamLSF Because I know they help me keep going during and after the challenge.

Morgan’s story:

While my family life was disrupted, I still struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This year has been a real eye-opener for me. I weighed myself in June after the trip and I had never been this high. I just felt overall tired and sluggish.

“The past 6 weeks have made me realize that I can do so much more than I thought. I’m sad the challenge is over but still plan to check it out and continue doing app workouts. via LSF team This community is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from a gym, fitness class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls who took part in the challenge. These girls inspire me to express myself every day. I love that we are like a little online family.

Jesse’s story:

“This is my first time doing any kind of sweat-loving fitness exercise/challenge. I joined mobile application A week before the challenge, I was shocked at how difficult and fun the training was. I bought it too Warm Up Nutritional Plan and 14 days (body shaping) A long time ago, like a few years ago, and never followed them. But this time I decided to do it and I was shocked at how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I like how you offer simple alternatives to carbs and fats, and how realistic the meal plan is. I can still cook with my husband in the evenings but also stick to my goals.

“I joined target gang Halfway through the challenge, I felt like this was really what made me feel more involved in the community. The girls there are very motivated. It’s so refreshing to see you Katieinteract with us and provide Lil tidbits along the way. I like motivation and going deeper than just exercise and diet plans. I think this is really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been a part of over the years.

“I feel like for the first time in two years since giving birth to my son, I’ve found a way to take time for myself, recover my body, regain my mental clarity, and actually enjoy taking care of myself again. I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and postpartum weight I gained from not really taking care of myself for three years, but when I started working out and following a nutrition plan, the weight started coming off effortlessly and that worked for me That was a game changer – the meals made sense from a nutritional standpoint, but they were also satisfying, I never felt deprived, I felt like my eyes were opened. Lifestyle, as silly as it sounds, I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I’m also channeling that energy into my family and I feel like a better mom in the way I live my life now. Feeling motivated in every way.

Ivy’s story:

“Not only do I struggle with exhaustion and anxiety from long distance travel, but I’m also now physically a single mom. Not helping LSF teamI may have stopped exercising.

“Although I didn’t lose a lot of weight during this challenge, I did gain strength, muscle, and the ability to eat well and exercise through the grueling challenge. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat right, and Without limiting the foods I like to eat without giving up my interest in sweets, I have learned that patience is key and not to compare myself to anyone I think might be better than me or to who I am before body for comparison.

“This challenge taught me that it’s okay to change things when things get hard, but always remember the “why” I’m doing it so I don’t give up and fall out of the rut. I won’t say I’m like I want to I lost my love handles that way, but I did gain muscle in my glutes and tone up my arms…one of my other goals for over two years.

“I used LSF 14 days to get in shape and HBMP While I was doing this challenge. I even took my meal plan with me on vacation up north. I want to stick to an eating plan that satisfies my hunger while maintaining my goals. During this challenge, I discovered that I Wing Girl Now I can’t stop drinking it every day. Not only does it help my immune system, but it’s my favorite morning drink and I can’t live without it throughout the day.
